We have been selling on Takealot since 2019. We offer our customer competitive pricing, great customer service and a wide selection of products from top brands such as Kreepy Krauly, Kaufman, Victorinox and Cadac.

What is your return policy?
Our returns policy could not be simpler. If you need to send an item back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return, provided that the item is in sellable condition. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. You will need to send the item back to us at 12 Van Riebeeck Avenue, Edenvale, Johannesburg, 1609. Please note that select items cannot be returned.
How does shipping work?
We offer free national shipping on all orders over R1000. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. For delivery on orders under R1000, an additional R100 will be charged for shipping.
